In this universe EVERYTHING is TEMPORARY. That includes the good and the bad. Nothing here lasts forever. The only thing that is permanent is CHANGE.

When change is accepted, emotions can become easier to deal with. Do not get too attached. This is your life. You control it. Just go with it. People who come into our lives are also temporarily here. Value and appreciate the lessons and blessings each individual. Let it motivate you to work harder in this moment to seize opportunities while they are still present. It is what the Buddhists call a strong back and soft front, meaning to develop the resiliency to stand tall and confront our challenges with openness and compassion.
